yup. character who's name isn't really important.
basically he's an athiest who discovers the god he refuses to believe in really exists, and then decides to kill him after he meets the anti-christ and ends up restarting a plague that destroyed an entire planet.
yeah.

his entire character is inspired by me listening to The Legend of Johnny Cash on repeat for four hours straight. and so you can have some johnny cash lyrics. if you do not love johnny cash you are not a human.
too cold to start a fire
i'm burning diesel, burning dinosaur bones
i'll take the river down to still water
and ride a pack of dogs

i'm gonna break my rusty cage and run

when the forest burns along the road
like god's eyes in my headlights
when the dogs are looking for their bones
and it's raining icepicks on your steel shores

obviously jc = the awesome.

I love this. It's absolutely fantastic. I love his uber-large wings, and the bandages on his feet, and the blue markings. I also love the idea you have for him. It's awesomesauce. =3

I love the textures you used. Your style is really developing. :)

I've always found it so interesting about you to put personal beliefs / inner struggles into stories--or at least it seems very personal. You're an atheist?
What would be an ironic ending would be if he came to love the god he was sent to kill by the "anti-christ" and died for that belief instead of taking his revenge.

Very clever idea. ;) I like it.

Yeah, I am an athiest, and I did kind of put some of my own ideals into Xhep's character but I really didn't try to make him like...a statement or anything. HOWEVER IT IS AWESOME HAVING AN ATHIEST CHARACTER FOR ONCE BECAUSE I HAVE SO MANY GOD-LIKE CHARACTERS D :
In the end the creature that kind of...gives him the idea to kill the god gets bored with him and kills him, but...that may be edited; all my stories are eternally fluid because I'm lame. : B If you want to read a more in-depth description you can go hurr: [link] BUT BEWARE OF RAMBLING

THE SPECIES IS 'HERALDER LIZARDS' except this guy is born a while in the future hence the wingarms (I....it's a complicated series of events).

What a beautiful layout! Everything is so aesthetic! OOOO! And an interesting story! For some reason, your description of the church reminds me of Sky Doll. You really should read it; very, very interesting outlook on world religions / nirvana and how twisted the societal bonds of a theocracy become when strained.
